We’re confident you’ll love your Feetures® products. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer a replacement or refund within 15 days of receipt.
To initiate a return or refund, please contact us at hello@feetures.com and include your order number from your order confirmation email. Once approved, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be issued.
Please note:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package.
- An order number is required to process all refunds.
Returns that comply with this policy will be refunded for the purchase price of the item(s), excluding original shipping charges.
Refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days after the return is received. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Processing times for credits to appear on your account may vary depending on your financial institution; please contact your issuing bank for additional details.
